All online orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days unless we are experiencing delays, this will be communicated directly with the customer.

Delivery

Standard parcels (up to 2kg) will be shipped via Royal Mail or Evri for a standard charge of £4.00.  Any parcel heavier than 2kg will be shipped using Evri for a charge of £6.

International Shipping will be charged at a standard rate of £18 (untracked) or £35 (tracked) when ordering via the website. If you have any specific enquiries regarding International shipping please email serenityofficial111@gmail.com

Serenity is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please retain all original packaging and any evidence of damage.

Collection

Collection is available from The Crafty Gift Shop in Chester-Le-Street free of charge. Please wait for your confirmation email to ensure your order is ready to collect. The shop is open Wednesday through to Saturday from 10am until 3pm.
