If there is a problem with your order please contact serenityofficial111@gmail.com within 30 days of the goods being delivered and include as much detail as possible.

Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

Any items that show signs of wear and tear will be returned to the customer. Faulty items will only be accepted within 30 days of the goods being delivered.
